The National Federation of State High School Athletic Association baseball playing rules are the basic Louisiana Youth Baseball rules.  Louisiana Youth Baseball modifies these rules to adjust to the ages and psychology of the student athletes participating in its’ program.  Louisiana Youth Baseball will be a competitive but instructional league.  All rules and regulations will be enforced and governed by the Louisiana Youth Baseball Directors.
